Ben Ainslie, perhaps to become Sir Ben, is now the most decorated Olympic Sailor we have seen. How does he do it? Why does he do it? In between Olympics he races a whole bunch of other yachts, including the pinnacle Americas Cup boats, and then when he sees fot, he pops back in a Finn and blows everyone away to win Gold, again, and again.

I love the Olympics, I love the fact its only every four years and all the pressure, interest and excitement that causes... even upsets and breakdowns - but not if you are a true Champion like Ben Ainslie, such a genuine likeable fellow, a consumate professional, yet a winning machine. What makes him special, what are his magic ingredients - perhaps he has more arms and legs than the other sailors, more eyes to see with..... What is the magic? Importantly how can we learn from him? Are we as focussed as Ben, are we as professional, dedicated, specific, honest, true and committed? We do not all have to be Olympic Champions, but we can become champions in our world and our lives - champion parents, champion friends, champion members of staff. I dont care if you flip Burgers at MacDonalds or gamble Billions of Dollars on the stock market, if you Champion everything you have, if you squeeze the pips til they sing making use of all your resources, the difference will be astonishing.
