Leap can offer your team a half day, full day or evening corporate sailing event. But Leap also offer fantastic 2-3 day sailing experiences to really develop team work, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Probably the best natural teambuilding activity available to corporate clients Sailing days run in safe, famous and beautiful Solent waters, steeped in history. We can also organise events in Spain, Mallorca, France & Greece. Our yachts include a superb 40’ vessel which is ideal for 6-8 guests plus skipper and crew, a luxury 54’ yacht which comfortably accommodates 12 and we also have the use of a 70’ round the world racing yacht.

Sailing offers many links, learning and analogies to business, so we can create a very valuable programme – on land, water, conference speeches and training in your offices – to fully utilise your sailing experience. LEAP has a range of development programmes, training, coaching and ongoing support packages for the corporate market.

LEAP assisted a number of the GBR Olympic sailing team to prepare for and win medals at the 2004 Games in Greece. So we have an interesting insight into sailing, winning, preparation and commitment the sport. In addition LEAP has facilitated a variety of sailing events in the UK, France, Spain, Switzerland (on lakes) and Germany.
